Terms and Conditions
Hosting Services: All virtual reality (VR) tours provided by us include six months of online hosting at no additional cost. This means that your VR tour will be available online for a period of six months, starting from the date of its creation.
Additional Hosting: If you require additional hosting beyond the initial six-month period, you may purchase additional six-month increments of hosting for a fee of $50 per increment. This fee covers the cost of hosting your VR tour online, as well as any associated maintenance and technical support.
Space Measurement: We understand that it can be difficult to determine the exact size of a space, and that you may choose a space that is smaller or larger than expected. In the event that the space you choose is smaller or larger than expected, we will send you an additional invoice or refund before sending you the scan, images and RMS floor plan. This will ensure that you are only paying for the services you receive, and that you are receiving accurate measurements of your space.
Service Delivery: We are committed to providing timely and efficient service to our customers. As part of this commitment, we guarantee that scans, photos, and RMS measurements will be available within 48 hours of your appointment.
Property State: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that properties are clean and orderly before the start of a shoot. This ensures that we are able to capture high-quality scans and images that accurately represent the property. Although we will do the best we can to make the property look it's best, depending on the state of the property, we reserve the right to reschedule the shoot. This ensures that we are able to provide the best possible service to our clients, and that the final product accurately reflects the property.
Out-of-Town Shoots: We offer free travel within a specific radius. If you are interested in booking a shoot that is outside of our free travel radius, please contact us before booking. Shoots that are outside of our free travel radius may require additional travel time and scheduling adjustments. As a result, we may require additional fees to cover these costs.
Late/Cancellation Policy: In the event that a client is 30 minutes late to an appointment our photographer may, at their discretion, cancel the booking and reschedule at the customer's convenience. If the booking is cancelled, it is the client's responsibility to reschedule the appointment within the week. If a new appointment is not rescheduled within the week, the client will be charged our minimum fee of $199. This fee helps cover the costs associated with rescheduling the appointment and ensures that we are able to continue providing high-quality service to all of our clients.
Extenuating Circumstances: If you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from rescheduling the appointment within the week, please contact us to discuss this policy. We understand that unexpected events can occur, and we will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.
Measurement Accuracy: While we make every effort to provide the most accurate measurements of properties, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of these measurements.
Damages: It is the clients decision whether they remain on the property or not during the photography session. We shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to items or the property itself during the photography session, regardless of whether the client is present on the premises or not.
Social Media Service: If social media is a service that we have added on to your package, please make any specific requests regarding your social media posts in the description box or contact us directly. We will contact you if we require any clarifications regarding your social media posts. This will ensure that we understand your specific requirements and can provide the best possible service. We will provide your social media posts to you within 48 hours of receiving your request, provided that all necessary information and materials have been provided. We understand that you may require modifications to your social media posts. Please let us know if any modifications are needed and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
